Ben Lovis is a professional recruiter who built and deployed AI-powered screening systems internally before founding Hire Forge AI. Working across high-volume and specialist hiring, he used AI to transform his own team's throughput — cutting shortlist time from days to minutes — and then built Hire Forge AI to make those same systems available to recruiting teams everywhere.
His work sits at the intersection of recruitment practice and AI engineering. Rather than designing tools in the abstract, Ben's approach is grounded in what actually happens inside a hiring process: the decision fatigue, the volume pressure, the candidates who get missed because a recruiter was on their 85th CV of the day.
He now designs AI recruitment systems for hiring teams worldwide, advising on implementation strategy, ATS integration, and the organisational change required to get real ROI from AI screening tools.
